Is Comcast Business Class Voice service call quality good, and reliable?
I am considering a switch from traditional phone service to Comcast Business Class Voice service. I have tried Vonage in the past and found the call quality to be poor. Does anybody have any experience with this service? Would you recommend it?
Actually I like Comcast, they have provided me a great inet service for several years, and since they are fiber happy I think most of their external nodes are fiber these days. In other words they have their own local network and do not rely on anyone else to get your call to the local exchange company or LD carrier. The reason I mentioned fiber is that it has capabilities that haven’t been explored as of yet and as a rule (if system is built correctly) you will not experience the kind of collisions that can happen in the digital transport world. I would recommend the service.
